If you feel dissatisfied, for whatever reason, with any purchase made on this site, any return or refund request must be made in writing to globalbeamsinc@gmail.com. Should a return be allowed, the item being returned must be in its original condition. Any accepted refund shall be processed and issued via check, wire transfer, or credit card. The amount refunded shall be 75% of the original purchase price. All sales of custom, made-to-order products are final and no refund shall be issued for these sales.
